Digital Products (Crochet Patterns – PDF)

All of our products are instant digital downloads. Because they cannot be “returned” once delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we do offer refunds in specific situations.

If a pattern includes missing instructions, unclear steps, broken pages, or any mistake that prevents you from completing the project, you are eligible for a refund.

✔ You cannot access or open the files

If the PDF does not open, downloads fail, or the file is corrupted, we will resend it — and issue a refund if the problem cannot be fixed.

✔ You receive the wrong file

If you were accidentally sent the wrong pattern, we’ll correct it and offer a refund if necessary.
